Noise
Playing loud music in the apartment is not permitted, out of respect for neighbors.

External noise (central location)
Due to the property’s central location, disturbances from external noise (pedestrians, neighbors, parties, or construction) may occur. This will not be grounds for compensation.

Trash
It is prohibited to leave garbage bags in the building’s common areas.

Guest registration (mandatory by law)
Please note thatguests, regardless of age, must complete the legal registration form in accordance with Spanish legislation (Order INT3212021 and Royal Decree 9332021).
When traveling with minors, the type of family relationship must be indicated.
Failure to comply with this obligation will result in denial of access to the property and will not entitle guests to any compensation.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
