-The tourist tax in force in Barcelona in 2023 will be applied (€6.25 per person per night, for guests over 16 years old and for up to 7 nights).
-The tourist tax will increase to €9.50 starting from April 1, 2026.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. Evidence of smoking inside the apartment will result in immediate eviction and a minimum fine of €400. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony.
-Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited. If we receive a complaint andor the police, security staff or neighbors intervene, a €500 fine will be charged (in addition to any police fines).
